ACCESS TO 2019-2020


Aeries Parent/Guardian Portal

For parents/guardians to find out their child(ren)’s teacher and class assignments for the 2019-2020 school year an Aeries Parent Portal account must be created. For the safety of your children, no longer will class lists will be posted outside school offices.

Parent Portal accounts will be created for all Sylvan District parents/guardians on July 29, 2019 who do not already have an active account. There is no need for a verification code or student ID number. Parents/guardians will receive an email with the email subject of: Aeries Parent Portal - New Parent/Guardian Account Created.

If you have already created an Aeries Parent Portal account in past school years, you can access it here. You can click on "forgot password" to reset your password.

For all new students enrolling after July 29th, Parent Portal accounts will be automatically generated with Aeries Online Enrollment completion.

Please complete the creation of the Parent Portal Account and Data Confirmation no later than August 4, 2019. Teacher and class assignments will be viewable through the Portal on the morning of August 5, 2019.

The Aeries Parent Portal is an online resource that will allow parents/guardians to access 2019-2020 teacher/class assignments, attendance records, report cards, standardized test scores, view middle school students’ grades, and much more throughout the school year.

Only one Parent Portal Account is needed per family. Therefore, if you already created an account to view another child who also attends a Sylvan District school, you can use that existing account to add a new/additional child, and to confirm each student’s data and to access all of the student’s school records.

Online Data Confirmation

The Data Confirmation process, allows a parent/guardian to update your student’s information instead of having to complete all the forms in the First Day Packet. An Aeries Parent Portal Account must be created to complete the Online Data Confirmation process. By establishing a Parent Portal Account, you can: complete the online data confirmation process, update authorizations you allow/deny, review district Handbooks, update or confirm address, telephone, emergency contacts and medical information.

The Online Data Confirmation window opens on July 29th through August 16th, 2019. When parents/guardians "Login" to your Parent Portal Account, you will be prompted to complete the Student Data Confirmation process for the 2019-2020.
